I am a veteran of the game industry who has done both solo work, and worked as a software engineer/programmer at various studios. Much of my work has been in mobile games both on the older feature phones and on smart phones. I have also done work on consoles, PC and even a game on Facebook! I am a bit of a generalist with tendency to gravitate to the less ‘loved’ aspects of the job (UI, Localisation and multi-threading).

I currently am on a sort of sabbatical developing and releasing personal projects after spending years working in studios on increasingly larger teams. I do some contracting and keep an eye out for interesting projects to contribute to. My professional career started in 2008, and has spanned four different studios on often very different projects. My hobbyist/solo time goes back much further (late ’80’s).

At this point I am mostly available for smaller work such getting games over the hump in later development, or adding support for specific features, or the like.
